Returns policy
Should you need to return a product, please email us at email@ishvara.com.au to get an approval. Any products returned without an approval for any reason whatsoever will not be accepted. ishvara.com.au will replace or refund goods with any manufacturing fault & defects within seven (7) days of you receiving the goods provided that the product is still in its original condition and packing & packaging including tags.Please choose carefully as we do not refund or exchange for 'change of mind' purchases. Credits/refunds are limited to the cost of the goods excluding freight charges.
Processing of orders
We aim to ship all items within 72 hours (3 business days) of receiving your order and express orders within 24 hours (1 business day). Howeveryour order may be delayed if the item is not in stock or is damaged. In such cases we will inform you ASAP and keep you updated of the status of your order
In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, Ishvara shall, at its own option, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund you the amount you paid for the goods in question PROVIDED THAT you notify Ishvara of the problem in writing to email@ishvara.com.au within 7 days of delivery of the goods.Ishvara does not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of or damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use the Ishvara website or for any products purchased from the Ishvara website. Ishvara will only be liable for direct loss up to a maximum total of the price of the product purchased in respect of any claim.
